New Rulebook Changes

2021 Rule Changes Halter Division is back... and we have added a Non-Color class to make it possible to earn points towards year end awards whether you have a mare, gelding, or stallion (color or non-color). We are no longer following USEF guidelines! Due to the stallion restrictions they have in place we have decided not to follow their rules. Hidha rules use AQHA rules as a guideline only.
